Plow and Winch Installation
This customer wanted a plow and winch put on his Kawasaki ATV. We said we would be glad to help, and was able to get the job done. winch was bolted to a plate welded to the front of the ATV to ensure it was secure and strong. Winch was bolted up and wired to a hand toggle switch. The plow was simple enough. A custom quick attach bracket on the bottom of the ATV frame. Project time was about 6.5 hours.
Complete ATV Restoration
This customer wanted his ATV to look brand new and run like it was new. So that is exactly what we did. Through almost 50 hours, roughly 48 and a half, we were able to blow it apart and clean everything, sand and repaint front and rear racks, and 4 rounds of plastic restoration. Additionally we adjusted gear shifter, removed old carburetor and install new one, replace broken choke cable, rotate tires to get tread facing correct direction, full wash and detail. It was only then we could put it all back together and put new decals on it. And last but not least a new seat cover because the original one was tattered. This machine was 20 years old but looked brand new.
